Our back yard is privacy fenced and onlyl about 55x55 in size. The dogs have a small Kennel right out the back door that is used for their potty area........My 17 y/o son (phoebe's owner) and I take turns scooping it. When dog poop is located in the yard, we determine who it belongs to, and the 'owner' (son or me) scoops it. (it's not hard to tell who's is who's........Phoebe's is MUCH smaller

I pick up poo about 3 times a week. We have a pretty big yard but the BCs keep their bathroom activities to one corner, so it's easy to clean up after them. Ripley tends to go in very bizarre places so I just follow him around with the scooper. Easier to clean it up immediately than to go searching for it later.
I have a medium-sized yard and we clean it a few times a week. Who does it rotates between me or one of my parents if they happen to be out doing yard work anyways. I keep telling them to leave it for me but they just say they dont mind since the boys' stooles are so small and firm anyways. Hey, whatever floats their boat LOL
If either of them mess in the kennel though, it is cleaned and sanitized immediately!

I try to clean it up 2+ times a week. I have 3 med dogs and a med. size yard, although for my area, it's a pretty big yard. Sometimes my son will do it when I tell him to but mostly it's me.
During the winter I tend to get a little more lazy and right now it's super hot so I tend to be more lazy.
Although now I have an offical pooper scooper so it does make it much easier than a shovel so I'm out more often.

I live on acreage, partly forest, part pasture with more raw land behind me and the big dogs tend to go out in the woods or on the perimeter, where I just leave it to work into the soil.
The Chihuahuas tend to go on one particular section of the lawn (yard area) which is probably close to an acre. Sometimes they save me the trouble and go way over to the side lines too.
Their poops are tiny but I scoop them up either every day or every other day with a pooper scooper and then I toss it over the bank into the brush. Lyric's special diet has tapioca in it instead of grain and his poops are oh so nice. LOL. The others eat Canidae and they're not bad either.

When I was in my apartment - it was everyday, multiple times a day - basically whenever they went! :lol-sign:
Now at Matt's - he used to clean up three times a week, as he only has two dogs. Now that there is seven dogs there - we clean up every day. :lol-sign:
In my new place, it's 1.5 acres, privacy fenced, so I'm not sure how often I'll have to clean up - depends on how many fosters!
