Once a week (or two, or three)...whenever I'm curious. Last summer I lost about 10 pounds due to a weird stomach bug thing, then gained back about 3 and have stayed steady since. Here recently, however, I've gained almost all of it back. I'm still in what I would call my "normal" range, but I am not happy. I know it is because I'm eating more (and less healthy), but gosh dang it...I just can't seem to stop. But I need to, before I get outside my normal range. Bleh. Starting tomorrow, I swear.
