How long have you been together? 5 years
Where did you meet? We actually met on the internet. We added each other on yahoo messenger, and started talking. Little did we know that we lived TWO houses from one another.
Do you live together? Yes, we've been living together for 4 years.
Do you have children together? Yes, and No. Johnny is not his son, and Matt is not mine. We are a mixed family.
If you don't, do you plan on it? Maybe.
Do you plan on getting married one day? Yes. We've discussed it quite thoroughly, in fact. We're going to get married when we are a little better off than we are now (we're doing well, but we want to own our own home among other things, which will not happen until I start working).

We met randomly online about 5-6 years ago and talked ever since. He flew out from TN all the way to CA just to take me to prom and then he decided to move to CA. Then we both moved back to TN several months ago.

Not unless the dogs count

When we're married, yes!
Do you plan on getting married one day?
Yes, but I'd like to wait another year or two before we get engaged

Some people plan on vowing their lives to each other or living as a married couple without ever getting married, or just aren't looking for marriage. Some people may want to live alone, and keep their own life, but have someone to spend time with and date.

Originally when I met my boyfriend, I didn't think I'd ever want to marry him. But I did love him and wanted to be with him for a while, I kind of assumed we'd live together through college and when it was time to be a real grown-up, start a career, buy a house, have children, we'd split up. Granted, I changed my mind, but I could see some people doing that.

If you don't, do you plan on it? Perhaps. We discuss it. We are inclined to adopt if we do.
Do you plan on getting married one day? Yes. Finances, always finances. We consider ourselves in a "common-law" marriage . . . which, had it not been abolished in most states, we probably would be.

I guess I'm just old fashioned. I always think the purpose of dating is for the two persons to try to find out all the goods and bads about one another in order to decide whether or not they should get married. In another words, marriage is the goal, and as long as one or both persons feel that the goal is no longer achievable, or that they don't want to reach that goal anymore, they should break up.

I totally forgot that nowaday two people can just live together without even want to marry to each other . To me (and myself alone), doing something without the purpose is just a waste of time.. (and in this case, money, physical & emotional energy, too!)

I dunno .. I can't get rid of him. He always calls me, he shows up in America every now and again and visits. He works hard when he's here, I can tell he's trying to do as much as he can while he visits. Which is really nice for me .. kinda gives me a break from doing certain stuff.

I dunno, he did ask me within a year to marry him .. I just said no ... again.

I really can't see me being married and living with a man thinking what he says goes. Maybe my answer will change when I'm older or desperate or something. I like my life the way it is now.

Eh. That's hard to say. We met in 4th grade in school, and we were skating partners all throughout our teens/twenties, and we had an on/off relationship during that time, but we were never "together". Our official "first date" was on December 31st, 2005. He asked me out to dinner, and then we went for a walk in the park and he told me that he wanted to spend the first night of the New Year with me, and ever New Years after that! So, to sum up: 4 years

Where did you meet?
In 4th grade. At lunch. He had just transferred there and he was sitting by himself.

Do you live together?
Yep, as of about six months ago.

Do you have children together?
We have four dogs and two cats - there will be no human children.

If you don't, do you plan on it?
Ha. Ha. Nope.

Do you plan on getting married one day?
I don't know. I'm not interested in changing anything right now. We love each other, we live together, we want to be together forever - I don't need a piece of paper or a church to say that.
