Freaked Out

Well as some of you know, I am dealing with health issues surrounding my late mother's cat, Bianca AKA Binaca. Today for the second time, I brought her to the vet thinking I would have to put her to sleep. Both times, she came home. Anyways,,,....

Quite a long time ago, I bought my mother a beautiful wooden inlayed german music box with the most delicate of movements and lovely sound. WHen she died, I took the box home with me and it rests in it's spot since 2002. When i brought it home, I realized that it had probably never been oiled for decades. When I tried to play it, it simply would not play. I tried numerous times in the coming months and I finally gave it up. It's a lovely music box anyways, even if it doesn't play.

Well...I am upstairs, and as I write this the music box is playing. I sat straight up when I heard it down there. It's playing. I guess it just came unstuck...right?

Well yes I have mrose, particularly because of how I feel about her cat. I mean I see that cat as the one remaining living thing she left behind for me. Hard to explain.

I know you guys won't believe this, but I guess it's germaine. It's the second music box of my mothers that played on the delay. I have another lucite one the shape of a piano that my father gave my mother when they were going together. The song was most haunting and I never knew what it was until TITANIC. The song in that movie was the same song. Anyways, that one started to work on its own too. A few years ago.

yeah, i'm a big believer in "that" sort of stuff. Especially snce I lost Panda its nice to believe he's still hanging around. I think the fact that it won't work again is the weirdest thing.
And it makes sense your mum wants to contact you right.

Well mrose, the chances are much greater that it is a coincidence. It just feels a bit freaky is all.

This is true. If it is so, and if it can be so, then perhaps she is either calling her cat to her or healing her cat.
