I have absolutely no appetite. Have lost too much weight, my son just told me my a$$ has moved out.

92 lbs. is just not a good weight, even for someone my height.

I've been sick but I'm feeling better and NEED to put some lbs. back on before I have an INVERTED A$$ AND loose any more muscle.

So...............................make me hungry. Tweak my appetite....I really normally do love to THROW BACK!!!!:D

Delicious medium-rare filet mignon with loaded baked potato, green beans tossed in soy sauce and minced garlic.

Chips with Rotel-Velveeta dip. One can of Rotel, chop up 1/2 a block of Velveeta, microwave for about 5 minutes while stirring every 2 minutes. Proceed to gorge.

Sounds yummy Zoomers but I just ate.

Well, not EXACTLY....I had 1 advil, 1 x-strength tylenol, my calcium, vitamin D and my Biaxin (antibiotic). Wanted an avocado but didn't have room..:rofl1:

I think it's the meds I've been taking for my now much better pneumonia. I'm sure I'll feel hungry soon....

Doc,

Last year when I was sick and had not a hit of appetite due to the enlarged spleen, I lived on Carnation's Instant Breakfasts.

And if that doesn't work, go smoke a joint.

We just made taco dip and a spinach dip for a party tomorrow. I'll probably make fresh guacamole, too.

That all sounds so yummy. It's just after 8:30 a.m and I've had 2 Fibre one cereal bars and a Tasimo Latte.
I weighed myself and I'm down to just over 90 lbs., seriously TOO LOW for me.

I'm planning my day and it will be nothing short amazing if I can keep it all down.

I just noticed the cheesecake Renee and though I don't feel like baking today....I do know of a place that makes the best cheesecakes..it's now on my list.:D

LOL. My son use to tell me when I was frantic about something, "Mom, you need some chronic. Ya otta smoke a bowl." He'd tease me because I never have smoked pot. But yeah, apparently it's a good appetite stimulator. I knew when he had smoked some because he could down about 10 McDonald's cheeseburgers in one sitting. :yikes: McDonalds!

How about something yummy but not overwhelmingly filling to your shruken tummy. Like: fresh crab legs, (butter and lemon to dip) pasta with pesto or alfredo and a salad with fattening dressing on it. (?) Yum....I can't wait to go to Seattle again. This is making me drool. Can't get good sea food in Idaho. :(

Or you could get some Ensure. They make some pretty nutritious, high calorie stuff.

Exercise can stimulate your appetite and it will help you keep your muscle tone. (but you aleady know that)

Gosh! I wish there were a way to share what I've got. I'd gladly sacrifice some serious surplus poundage for you two.

Well, I went and had a Chai tea latte and a few cookies from Second Cup. Couldn't finish the cookies but LOVED the chai and at least it's some calories.

I've been training pretty hard and have put on more muscle but that only helps to keep my weight OFF. Everything I eat seems to go to my daily functioning....love weight training for that reason, hate it for the same reason lately.

Gotta have some fat at my age to cover that muscle or you just look icky....

Ohh see, I eat whatever whenever and I still float around 100lbs.... which I think is healthy for 5'.5" (notice the decimal) Things that I could eat for hours are usually munchies like chips and salsa or guacamole. Can you hold down power bars at all? Justin's been eating one a day with "protein plus" that has 300 calories per bar and they're good with keeping his lean muscle growth going and they're something that has all your vitamins so your body can use that instead of your food to take care of your daily activities. Hopefully those might help!

Guac....I knew I forgot something while I was out, I needed another avocado.

I have to stay away from protein bars for a bit but am going to pick up some full fat yogurt for my shakes today...maybe a bit of ice cream too.
My antibiotics are done after today so I'm sure my appetite will come back.

I'm just over 4'9" and would be fine at about 95-98 lbs. That's where I'm most comfortable at. I carry quite a bit of muscle on my frame too or I'd be OK at this weight.

Now I want chips too....THANKS!!
