Also, what's the best bet for using them to level other dragons quickly? One I know I want level is my Nocturnal female, but I have Tundras, Guardians, Imperials, a couple Faes, Coatls, and Spirals lol. (I'm not a big fan of dragons that don't really do physical damage though, and require breath to do everything with)
Should I just send you two Nocs, or a Noc and one of my favorites of another breed?

I've been accomplishing a lot lately. I've completely re-gened one or two dragons and used what I have to completely tinctured and re-statted my coli team to be efficient and grinding-specific.
Then I spent a bunch re-doing what was my least favorite dragon in my lair. My progenitor male started out as a completely basic and frankly irksome fae (can't really stand them, tbh). Now...
Pyr the Great Healer, Pyr the Storyteller, the Mage, and the Lorekeeper of the Viteros Clan.
I even want to write a short story about him now...

I bought four scatterscrolls for my custom female progenitor because I didn't really know her colors would be a little eyesore when they got gened.
The first two times were icky, but the third scatterscroll gave me Maize/Violet/Stonewash. Still looks icky and incomplete on her as a Guardian, but when I tapped her into the Scrying Workshop genes and all, she makes a pretty gorgeous and elegant Imp, Coatl, Skydancer, or even Tundra.
I'm thinking I should be content with this and reserve my last scatterscroll for some other unfortunate derg. I'm too happy the tert it gave her isn't ugly!
