Duke in Surgery Today

Yesterday I took Duke to his Vet to have a small lump examined. The lump is on the backside of his front leg and about 1/2 inch in diameter. Since it appeared fairly recently the Vet recommended that it be removed so Duke is in surgery as I post.
Of course it will be biopsied to make sure it's nothing serious so any good thoughts will be appreciated.
I should be able to pick him up later this afternoon so I'll post an update when I can.

My Sonja actually went into surgery today as well for the same type of thing. She had 4 lumps removed and thank god they are not cancerous.
