I have a tall mirror opposite to my sofa,Coco has recently been reacting to her reflection.
She either, lie's on her stomach and crawls towards it growling....and then barking.Or she sit's there wagging her tail and whining...
What the??
Is she lonely!Or just a bit bonkers.I know its a bit silly but I cant help but going :( she needs a friend...
I think she misses Alabama(a dog I walk) there was a solid 10days where there had a walk.in the park atleast once if not twice a day together.I think she misses her.
Also the past week I've been writing my thesis,so I've had less time to pay attention to her. She's had minimal walks and I've been staying up extra late and it seem's she is very particular about our bedtime!
What do you guys think?
Luckily ny dissertation is OVER,and I cant wait to get to the park on Monday!

Neither one of mine care in general, though Gambit once came around a corner at my mothers and caught sight of himself in a floor mirror and panicked.

Lady Chesh the persian on the other hand...yeah, she loves to admire herself in any reflective surface. Mirrors, the dishwasher, the TV when it's not on. She'll literally sit there like a little groundhog and stare at herself for between 5 and 15 minutes, just happy as can be. Poor thing. She's pretty and so sweet but not very smart. If any one watches Glee, she's Britany.

Mine were all fascinated the first time they saw a mirror, but now they just ignore the reflections. Mirrors seem to fall into the categories of "TV" and "computer monitors" for them -- it may look real but it is not so don't pay attention. lol.

Caleb admires himself. He doesn't sit and stare at his reflection, but rather glances at it out of the corner of his eye like he's checking his appearance. The absolute best, tho, was one of the first time we were at Top Dog (where we train), we were heeling along the mirrored wall when he turned his head a little to look in the mirror, and slowed down to admire himself. I swear I saw his chest puff out a little when he did that.

She doesn't. At all.

No interest in reflections, TV, laser pointers etc.

My dog is boring.

Tiffany doesn't care. I'll pick her up and point to her reflection in the mirror, but she just ignores it.

Although she's sometimes a little interested in the tv, and very interested in my parents' projector. My family once got together to watch Beverly Hills Chihuahua and drink margaritas :rofl1: At the beginning of the movie, there's a closeup on a pomeranian. So it looked like a 6 foot tall pomeranian being projected on my parents' wall and Tiffany went crazy barking at it.

Lucy looks worried when she sees the dog in the mirror, I can't really explain why. She is 100% fine with other dogs, only the dog in the mirror worries her! Katy tries to play with the 'other Katy'.

Todd just doesn't care.

When you hold my Savvy in front of mirror ... Its NaDa.
When she finds herself in front of mirror ... its Alert Grows.
When she sees another animal on our new wide screen HDTV ... its Bonkers TIme.

You can lead a dog to relections and images .. but you can't make her bark.
It looks like she likes the new expensive HT HDTV.
Girls will be Girls and they like the more expensive stuff.

When we have rally practice Logan always has to sneak a look at himself in the mirror. He thinks he's so handsome

Gavroche will look on occasion, and the first time he saw it he had to go up and investigate.

Ivan loves mirrors. He will strut his stuff while glancing at himself if they are full wall mirrors. He puffs up and stands just so, if hes moving he will prance. If hes sitting he will sit just a wee bit straighter. Of course this is the dog that when someone mentions what a "beautiful and well behaved :rofl1:" dog he is. He puffs up and struts around. Or if you grab the camera/the cell phone (hes learned there are cameras on those as well) he runs up and poses for you. Yes my dog is slightly vain. Ok maybe a whole lot vain.

Well, Caleb is in good company, then. I wonder if it has anything to do with them being told how handsome they are all the time? :lol-sign:

he likes lasers though.
LOl Ivan is the same way. They are like crack to him. Those wall levels? Ivan has stole the husbands and BROKE it, stomping on it to get it to turn on. Said husband wanted to kill him, needless to say anything with a lazer is put up out of sight.

Mia looks at herself sometimes but never seems to really care. She was watching herself in the full length mirror at class yesterday. Just a little curious.
