My favorite is: I. WILL. END. YOU. But I threaten a lot of other stuff too. I call names also (which I'm actually trying to stop....not going so well LOL). All of my dogs answer to buttface. >.<

CD I'm pretty sure I've used the "I will debark you with a rusty spoon!" on Tipper. Multiple times.

Oh I threaten the pound all the time. It's normally something like "If you don't stop being a bad awful terrible dog I'm taking you to the puppy pound. Would you like to know what happens to little red dogs at the puppy pound?"

Or "Knock it the **** off" is popular. xD

...But they get sweared/threatened at pretty frequently lol. Ozzy and Enzo both get told with some regularity that they suck and nobody likes them.

Knox and Ozzy both answer to "HEY A$$HOLE!" :p

And I also realized Indy won't "get in the truck" but she will "GET IN THE D@MN TRUCK" or the effing truck. Whichever.

I regularly tell Knox if he doesn't cut it out I'm going to neuter him myself, ect. :p
Pretty much stuff like that. Although, instead of A$$HOLE, it's Sh*thead. I've also threatened to beat him with a wet noodle a few times, and tapped him on the head with my fist while kissing his snout.

Threaten? Of course....isn't that proper training methodology? :lol-sign:

---- Walk into living room, see shredded TP rolls or napkins all over floor----

"I will rip your leg off and beat you with it dog"

Ahh yea, its a regular occurrence with Ivan. Steven regularly tells Ivan hes going to shoot him. Or he says You need a bullet in your head you stupid dog.

If Ivan is being particularly obnoxious in his crate at night. I will walk over and tell him to shut the F* up and if he doesn't I will help him shut up. He usually lays right down and shuts up, so that I can go back to bed.

That is the best part about having rescue dogs. Threats always carry a little more weight. Meg has gotten "You had better get this or I will drive you back to West Virginia!" before some agility runs. Gusto gets "knock it off ar I will take you back to the trailer you came from!" and "If you don't get over here right now I am sending you back to the Amish and you will never get to watch Shrek again!"

Honestly, I don't threaten Morgan all that much. I mean, it slips out now and again, but he gets SO SAD if he thinks you're mad at him. LOL! Really, the worst it gets is, "MORGAN, if you don't stop barking right now, I swear... I swear... I'LL PUT YOU OUTSIDE."

The cats on the other hand. I threaten them with bodily harm on a very regular basis. Because they are evil and they deserve it.

ETA: For clarification, I do love my cats and really would never skin them alive with a rusty butter knife. Even though they do, in fact, deserve it. :p

"I will hang you upside down and shake you" is a frequent one for Auggie. "I will beat you" is another one. I remember sitting in the vet's office when he wouldn't pee telling him I was going to kill him if he was wasting my money and didn't have anything wrong with him, and when Doc told me he had a bladder infection I said "Yaaaay! You get to LIVE!" Tuesday when they told me at the University that they couldn't find anything wrong I mock throttled him. Soooo... yes. Auggie is frequently threatened with death and physical violence.
I also used to tell him that unless he learned how to run faster I was going to quit agility with him and make him do Dock Dogs. ..........

I'm sitting here trying to figure out if I threaten Payton and I'm shocked because I can't think of anything. How is this possible??

Yep, all the time!

I always tell my dogs that I'm going to take them to the pound so they'll see how good their lives are. lol. I've threatened to list them on Craigslist as well.

I think the only threat I deliver is when I leave my dinner/snack on my desk and leave the room for something and all 3 dogs are in my office.

"You touch it, you die."

Works every time. So far.

My Malinois seems to think the word for "come" is "NOW!!!", because I'll first say, "Come inside, Ciana." And then if she is not coming in fast enough due to sniffing, I'll say "NOW!!" very strongly.

I also told her if she bites my Laekenois one more time I'm going to send her to heaven with Doerak. (My dog who I had to put down from cancer.) Before I told her that she bit him twice, she hasn't bit him since.

Oh oh! I also make the Santa Cat threats around the holidays.

"Ticheli, I swear if you don't knock it off right now, I am going to tell Santa Cat to skip our house this year."

Scary thing is that this really works. That cat is on his best behavior November/December. :rofl1:

Yes, mostly Riley because he can be an ass. I tell him all the time I'm going to throw him in the dumpster next door. The only threat he understands is "I'm going to give you a BATH". That usually shuts him up pretty quick :D

Not a whole ton, but it does happen. LOL

DH tells Z that's he'll get the queen to come and ride her around periodically, though, and it always cracks me up. Apparently Z is the queen's off-road steed since she's a corgi with a lift kit (also one of his phrases):

Yeah, I do threaten the dogs and it sounds really horrible. I vent my frustration with obscenity.

Apparently OY! means oh crap now she is serious, lol.

Actually though Lily always gets told she's the only good dog in the bunch. :rofl1:

I do lovingly call Scout retarded a lot. She's really not, but ack project dog is frustrating sometimes. She gets queen airhead title too, lol.
