Do you sleep with your dog?

i know many people that do not sleep with their dogs as they say they are dirty etc. im wondering what you guys do, i sleep with my dog, although its a bit hard because he likes to stick to my body and i cannot move the entire night because if i do he will just growl and jump off the bed lol its nice to have him next to me but at the same time my sleep pattern gets ruined because i have to be careful not to move, so how about you guys?

She sleeps on my bed, but I have just reintroduced her bed into the room, because I like my space.

And I was sick of dog hairs.

She's better off on her bed I think...

Lizzie sleeps on my bed. But it's up to her whether she sleeps in my bed or in her crate, and most of the time she picks her crate.

Baxter sleeps on the floor next to my side of the bed, Traveler sleeps on the floor next to my husbands side of the bed--they choose to be there (but I don't allow them on the bed-or I suspect they would be there!)

depends, in the summer... its hot enough without her on there, but in the winter.. sure why not!

Kharma and Bimmer are at my parents' house right now (long story), but Kharma always slept next to me on the bed and Bimmer laid/layed (?) on the bed until I was asleep, then he'd go sleep in front of the door. I wake up in the wee hours looking for Kharma most nights . . .

To answer the actual question... yes, when Middie comes home and he is fully housebroken and can be trusted inside the house (or a dog-proofed room, whichever comes first) he will sleep with me if he wants to. He can sleep wherever he likes, frankly. The cats won't be too pleased if he decides he likes my bed, though.

Nope.... I already have to share the bed with my husband I am not sharing MORE of my space with my two monsters lol. ACtually we are lucky because they also like their own space when they sleep. They each take to a couch and stretch WAY out. So they prefer it this way anyways.

No way the dogs would sleep with us. First, there isn't enough room, second, there's already too much dirt in the bed from when they put their paws on it without adding more. Seriously, it's a real sandbox in there. I don't know how you guys can stand it.

My chis have the choice to sleep with me in my bed. Rylie and Madison usually do... but most of the time Chloe actually chooses her crate over the bed.

Max would usually sleep on my bed with me. He could also sleep on the mattress beside my bed but usually chose me. Sometimes he would start on the bed and then move to the mattress if I moved too much. It was cramped but I'd give anything to have him in my bed again.

Jackson Browne sleeps in our bed under the covers. Chloe will lay with us on the bed until it's time to go to sleep and then she likes to go out to the kitchen/living room area where it's cooler.

Frodo and Izzy sleep in their crates. As soon as I start getting ready for bed (brushing teeth, putting on pj's) they race for their crates and are usually asleep by the time I get to my room, lol, so I just close the doors. If the doors aren't closed they make late-night kitty box raids

Dekka sleeps in bed with me. under the covers even in summer. No sand or dirt, but a JRT coat doesn't seem to hold it. Snip sleeps with me most of the time, he likes to sleep on my pillow, but he snores. The rest sleep in crates.

Orson sleeps with us nearly all the time........he has a bed beside ours, but rarely uses it. (right now as I type he is laying on my bed groaning to get comfy) Luckily it's a queen sized bed, but I think we could use a King

Phoebe normally sleeps in the bed or beside the bed of my oldest son........he happens to be her favorite, and technical owner

While there is dog hairs.......there has NEVER been sand, dirt, or mud in our beds from either dog. Couldn't stand that..............
