Did I not say this was likely to be the next step?

LOL Nechochwen, I can't even take you seriously. You do understand that most miscarriages are caused by chromosonal abnormalities that the woman may have NOTHING to do with - it could have been the man's sperm. You gonna include him in the charges for ejaculating faulty sperm?

Answers in bold.

I don't see how you can think that someone dying as a direct result of your actions means you aren't responsible.
Does that mean that if the unborn child, who I am carrying at this very second, had undergone a complete placental separation instead of just partial that I murdered him? Because if that's how you really feel, I really want to punch you in the teeth right now.

It COULD have been caused because we were moving and I lifted 1000s of lbs of boxes by myself. However, I was less than 8 weeks pregnant and had NO CLUE I was pregnant until I started hemorrhaging and had to be rushed to the emergency room. It could have been caused by other things as well, like the placenta just didn't attach right to the begin with. So how do you PROVE someone killed an unborn baby?

Aside from which, the burden of proof in this country is on the courts, not the defendant.

This miscarriage rates are 15-20%, and most women do experience one at some point in their lives. Does that mean you're okay with most women in this country being labeled felons and facing the death penalty for circumstances they absolutely could not control?

Keyword being may. An old person dying in bed may be of completely natural causes. It may also be from being poisoned. It may be from suicide. It may be from any number of things. Do you feel that just because they're a certain age, their deaths don't deserve any investigation to make sure it wasn't foul play?

Just because someone may die from natural causes doesn't mean that they did die from natural causes. I'm siding with Justice and hope that there is less murder in the world, and that those who murder get caught and get their just punishment. You're hoping that they get away with it. You're hoping that no death ever gets investigated. You're hoping that you can get away with murder, because you see nothing wrong with it.

That's what we have the Involuntary Manslaughter charge for.

Jerking our chain or not, as someone had a placental abruption while lying in a hospital bed on total bed rest, I find his last post to Romy downright cruel.

Someone who would deliberately be so hurtful to another human being can't possibly be interested in saving innocent human lives. They must be more interested in damaging lives with their misguided self righteousness.

I've never actually blocked someone on Chaz before. Congrats Necho, I guess that's what you were shooting for.

Ah, if only I were crying...
I actually have bladder control issues - you know all those pregnancies I didn't manage to end deliberately and all....
Geez, after all those asparagus I ate I was sure you'd know the difference *shrug*

You guys do realize what Necho is doing, right?

On one hand, yes, he's being an @sshole troll.

On the other...he's saying EXACTLY what the people who makes these types of laws are saying as well. So as distasteful and disgusting as the comments are, there are LAWMAKERS, people with the power to push through sh*tty bills like this, saying exactly the same stuff.

So hone your arguments on Necho and then send them to DC to go up against the lawmakers.
