Broadway Musical fans out there??!!

Just wondering if anyone out there loves Broadway musicals! I am totally obsessed with them. Right now my favorites are RENT and Wicked.

Anyone else??

I love Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story, and West Side Story in that order.

I was in my high school's production of Fiddler on the Roof. I was a villager. I was also in Music Man, but I didnt like that one as much.

I have seen 42nd Street, CATS, Grease, Phantom of the Opera, and a few others.... 42nd Street was by far my favorite.

I have seen some others like RENT as "movies" but that doesnt compare to the actual broadway experience at all.

I def. loved the RENT movie, I'd love to see it on broadway.

OH ME ME ME....

Phantom of the Opera is my favorite....

I really enjoyed Show Boat too

unfortunately I haven't seen that many on stage but I really hope to see more sometime.

Total Phantom of the Opera freak here! Of course it was the first broadway musical I saw on my one and only visit to NYC, so that may have helped, lol!

I've also seen Rent on stage....loved it! I'd love to see Wicked, I read the book and thought it was great. So yeah, I'm a musical fan. I love the old movie musicals too. Singin in the Rain, On the Town, My Fair Lady and pretty much anything with Gene Kelly or Fred Astaire in it.

I wouldnt mind seeing Starlight Express or Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Hair was pretty good.

rent and phantom of the opera i listened to wicked and read the book and i really like it. i would love to see it performed!

I love Andrew Lloyd Webber's stuff. Although I don't think it was ever a big hit, his Aspects of Love is my favorite music ever, and I would kill to see it onstage. I also love Evita.

Other non-ALW favorites are Miss Saigon (seen onstage in Florida), Into the Woods, and Chess, which I've seen a small production of. Oh, and Les Mis, which I've seen twice.
