Anyone have ideas for sturdy chew toys?

My small dog mangles normal toys in 10-15 minutes (squeaker disabled, stuffing flying everywhere), so I went searching for indestructible chew toys.

So far the Kong balls and goughnuts are the only 2 toys he cannot destroy.

Raw bones. A bone properly sized to the dog should be too big to swallow, but small enough to be picked up and carried. After three days toss out.

What's the best/safest type of raw bones?

Besides Kongs, there are Orbees as Renee mentioned. Nobbly Wobbly Amazon.com: Nobbly Wobbly II, Size: Medium: Home & Garden they come in all sizes.

Everlasting Fun Ball Amazon.com: Everlasting Fun Ball Med: Home & Garden they also come in different sizes for different dogs. I put dog biscuits in ours.......keeps them busy working them out for quite awhile :)

I have a doberman who's murder on toys, seriously TERRIBLE. He has a nobbly wobbly, a few Orbees, an everlasting fun ball, and a couple kongs. Kongs are not really his favorite though, and he has destroyed a few Kongs...........never has destroyed an Orbee yet though ;)

For a toy sized dog, a chicken wing. Chicken backs are great for small but not tiny dogs. You don't want weight bearing bones (legs) because they are too hard and can damage the teeth. Your dog should be able to make headway on the bone. If he's not actually eating it, he should be able to chew off pieces and leave teeth marks. As they dry out, the bones become dry and brittle. At that point, it's as bad as giving a cooked bone. You can, however, extend the life of the bone by refrigerating it in a container. Unlike toys, chewing on bones will clean the teeth as well as be a more satisfying chew.

I watch while mine are playing with toys in the beginning. As soon as they start to rip them I put it up. It doesn't take very many times before they figure out that destruction = a loss. That way they can have lovely stuffies that last for years and they learn to play gently and have just as much fun. Pepper was the toughest, her horsie has one missing ear, and one lost eye, but after that it has become the love of her life.

My dogs never showed any interest in orbee toys and kongs (except with food in them... they just ignore them otherwise). The only thing that Tips is somewhat interested in now are nylabones, and of course the random toy my kids leave in the wrong place.

He's obsessed with Little Ponies but doesn't chew them at least...

Jolly Balls are super strong, and dogs LOVE THEM! I have the one with a rope through it. After a couple of years, they flattened the ball a little, but it's not destroyed. :) I wouldn't recommend leaving him alone with a rope toy if he'll demolish it, though.

Westpaw Design makes toys with "zogoflex", which is nearly indestructible. And if your dog destroys them, they'll replace them. My dogs love the S shaped toy. ZogoFlex by West Paw Design - BuyGreen.com

Skinneeez dog toys are stuffingless and super durable! My dogs play tug with them all of the time, and they last for months. Amazon.com: Spot Skinneeez Stuffingless Dog Toys SET OF SIX - Skinneeez Stuffingless Dog Toys:…

Ruffwear makes super durable toys, too.

That's going to depend mainly on the size of your dog :)
Okay - the prince of the chewers is 22 pounds with jaws of steel (he's part Bichon, and very few people can remove anything from his mouth). So what kind of bones should he be chewing?
