After a bath, do you let your dogs roll in the grass?

Yep, pretty much! Chloe stays inside after a bath and doesn't take long to dry off (but if she swims or gets wet outside, she rolls around in the grass) but Violet stays wet for a LONG time (usually it's the next day before she's completely dry) so we can't really stop her. I like letting her run outside when she's wet though, because the warm air and the sun helps her dry quicker. :)

Rolling in grass after a bath would defeat the whole purpose of a bath. . . .so definitely not. haha

They get air dried while I bathe the next dog, then I towel dry them and they come inside till completely dry. Usually a few hours.

^ That is my take on it LOL!

I walk Lacey outside until she is mostly dry, surprisingly it doesn't take too long. 30ish mins. Then her butt gets crated, or she will roll on the bed until all of the pillows, blankets, sheets, ect fall on the floor. She is only satisfied if she gets to roll on the bare mattress, and that's just not happening lol. Mostly because I hate having to remake the bed.

No way. I just went through the trouble of getting all that dirt and gunk off of them that was caused by rolling and playing in the grass... they can at least try and stay clean for a few hours!

You can bathe a dog? Who knew?!

Meg gets bathed pretty much never. Maybe two or three times a year. Once she's done being bathed, she is released. I've never noticed her rolling in the grass - mostly she puppy-fits around for quite a while!

JRTs are scotch guarded. They can roll all they want in grass and not come up green. Dekka follows behind me as I mow the lawn, THAT makes her green..... for a few hours.

They can roll in what ever they want after a bath as long as its not greasy, or stinky cause it won't last.

I don't. I let her roll inside on a lot of towels for about 15 min then we go out to play fetch and she's so into it that she forgets to roll and before she knows it, the sun already dried her off LOL

Taz is the only one that really likes rolling in the grass. I let him, he never comes up green and it helps him dry. Scamp does it occasionally but the other two have never tried.
