Not a clue. I was told I'd be contacted either tomorrow or Wednesday regarding everything. So sick of being told a different story every time I contact someone!
Also, this has been my experience, sadly. They've been nice. But you get told something different each time you call. It's like cell phone companies. o_O

All 6 of my bags were the salmon sensitivity and shine and they thankfully arrived just fine. :)

How frustrating to be getting the run around now!
Apparently their customer service is god awful, because every one I know who hasn't received their food and called/live chatted got different stories!

Just got an email saying my order had shipped! According to UPS, it should be here Wednesday! :D
Also, this has been my experience, sadly. They've been nice. But you get told something different each time you call. It's like cell phone companies. o_O
I hope I get an email today, or at least a call back from their pet food dept.! I agree, they've been nice, but getting a different story from 5 different people is getting old. Makes me feel like a b*tch when I'm like "Then why was I told.." a bunch of times.

My friend just got this email:

"We are contacting you to inform you that both items on your order are on a backorder with an expected time to be back in stock 6/24/13. We are able to hold the order for you until then and it ships once we have the items back in stock, or we could cancel the order and allow you to have $20 worth of PetcareRx points to use towards your future order from the coupon code FAM20. Please contact us at the customer service number below or reply back through this email with how we should proceed. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you in advance."

So it sounds like they are going to ship everything, it's just all back ordered. I have yet to get an email though.

Got mine today! :D It was only 48lbs, but I can't complain. They only charged me $22.

Really? That's so weird! I was told my stuff was back ordered, not discontinued. What food did you order?

That's shitty. I would call back and keep calling back until they replaced my order with another formula- for the same price. It makes no sense why my order came, when I ordered after lots of y'all.

I looked them up on Reseller Ratings after you guys started posting about issues - not that I think Reseller Ratings is the best place to find out about a company but it is a semi-popular review site - and there are a lot of reviews from people who got different stories every time they called, surprise order cancellations, stuff like that. =/ Plenty of positive reviews too but it seems frequent enough that they pull shenanigans on people. I'm sorry for everybody who is getting the run-around or having people be rude to them. It sounds like it's not unusual for them at all unfortunately. =<

I noticed a similar pattern on their Facebook page actually, but since a friend had already ordered and received hers (how I found out about the deal, she posted a photo of all the food she got), I went ahead anyway, I only ordered 56lbs of food and it was shipped and arrived quickly and efficiently, and another friend even order more than I did right after I ordered mind and had the same quality experience.

I really feel bad for those of you who are getting the run around, it isn't fair. But then again, I guess it's not fair either to the company if they made such a huge pricing error, and the fact they've honored so many of the orders already speaks high of them, But, no this phone service issue of theirs does need to be fixed, people shouldn't be getting a different answer each time they call.
