My dogs' nicknames have morphed out of control. I'll see if i can list them in the logical order (hah!) that they evolved in.

Lucy: Lulu, Lulu-belle, Looby, Looby-loobs, Lubby, Lubby-lubs, Goose, Boose, Sleuce, Shoo-sey, Shoo-by, Baby Girl, Bubby, Bubba, The Naughty One. Lulu is her main nickname though and I use that the most.

Angel: Closer (her 1st night she couldn't possibly snuggle closer to me), Ange (long A), Angey, Angey-pangey, Angelly, Gelly Bean, Gelly Belly, Angel-lean, Angeline, Piglet, Big Rig, Riggy, Piggy Riggy, Bigs, Brown-headed Dog. I probably call her Ange and Piglet the most.

Maddie is mostly Moo and sometimes Stink. Now that she can't hear I haven't been calling her too many nicknames. We try to communicate non-verbally . Sometimes I call her Sweetie like, "come 'ere sweetie" spoiled rotten dog lol

I call Bailey Bay or Bays a lot. Sometimes leelee. And pretty often I call her Dope :rofl1: or psycho-dog :p
Oh sometimes I call her Bree... Because one of the names I considered naming here as Breagha, but it didn't stick

Don't have a lot of nicknames for the dogs (or cats)...

Riley is usually called Stripey Dawg (and answers to that), also Riley Roo and Little Man.

Mick's actual name is Michaleen, but I usually only call him that when he's out of sight on a walk or around the house and I want him to come. For some reason, yelling three syllables works better for me than just yelling one syllable. He's also known as Little Boy and sometimes MickMickMick (along the lines of the camel saying Mike, Mike, Mike on the Geico humpday commercial)

Murphy is usually Murph or Murph-Murph. Also Big Guy. Murph and Mick are collectively called 'Fluffy Dawgs'.

Purrl Bailey (oldest cat) is Bailey, the Bailmeister, or, more commonly, The Criminal (she has no remorse for any of her crimes).

Nola has a plethora of nicknames, but most frequently used are: B, Bean, Noly, Bugs, Boo and Beast (in that order). She gets called her actual name and B most frequently.

Other nicknames: Bitch, Little Kielbasa, Tiny Terror, Teckel, Deckel, Weenie, Cheeeee-wawa-dog (said just like that. Long story), **** Head, Diva, Camera *****, Miss Nola, Buggy, Bug-a-Boo, Noly Canoli, Crazy, Beast Child, Devil Dog, Tasmanian Devil.

I obviously need more random nicknames for Hudson.

Generally, he's Hudson. Occasionally, he is Huddy. Baby Dog or Baby Boy are pretty common. It gets really confusing if someone is talking to my nephew, since they also call him Baby Boy and Hudson comes running.

If I'm talking about him to someone, Black, White, and XXX a lot. XXX is usually either Crazy or Fuzzy, sometimes it's Tailless

Sometimes he gets called Bouncy or Sir Bounce-a-lot.

ETA - He also gets called Creepy/Creeper a log

Bandit's nickname has changed over the years. Now it is just "B".... and I think most people assume his name is BumbleBee and it has just been shortened to Bee because I have had people ask several times.:lol-sign:

Nellie is just Nellie Belly, Nell Bell, Nell, or "come here, stupid".

Aija has a million, and I always have a hard time typing her nicknames they way they are pronounced. Even though her name is said like "Asia" I will exaggerate the spelling when taking to her and call her AYYY JAHHH!, I almost always try to call her Nellie so Naija (Nasia)has become a normal, Aijeeeee!, and then I will super shorten it and just call her "Aij" like, Asia without the "uh" sound at the end.

My coworker just got a puppy and had named her Déjà Vu and it will be a confusing day if they're ever in the same room together, because the puppy is commonly just called Déjà which rhymes with Aija.
