I was fixing dinner last night and talking to a couple other people who were over. All of a sudden Sawyer comes into the kitchen and freaking hikes his leg on me!! :yikes:

Apparently he REALLY needed to go outside (which I did and he peed for another 30 seconds) and figured that was the best way to get my attention...or something...the only other time he's ever done that to me was when he and Victor were squaring off over whose person I was...Vic was trying to claim me as his and Sawyer made it quite clear that I belong to him. The doggie version of licking something to claim it, I guess.

I'm laughing at it now, but yeesh. In front of company too...

Luckily my company was Michelle and one of her best friends, who is also sort of a dog person. So we all laughed about it after I quit griping about how he had just peed on my last clean pair of non-holey jeans and my fuzzy slippers...

Heehee. I guess it's a lot more effective attention-getter than doing the potty dance...

hehe, my beagle lifted his leg on me right before we went in the ring! I think I just happened to be standing where he wanted to go though, although why he was going indoors is beyond me, maybe another dog went there. Anyways I had to go into the ring with dog pee on my panty hose!

As said above, at least it wasn't on the company (depending on who they were)

I do want to mention that I have never had a dog that did this to me............BUT..........we did have a male cat that would do this once in awhile! He was completely reliable in the house as far as the litter box, and he was neutered so we never did figure out what made him do it now and then

There is that. I need to get off my bum long enough to go put a load of laundry in...don't you hate being so broke that you have to pick and choose what to wash and what to let sit until the next time you have spare quarters?

My stuff is either "warm or cold". What really bites is that I need to change my sheets, but all my replacements need washed...which is a warm load and will go with my socks and underwear, but my jeans and most of my shirts are cold water. I have enough money for one load...stupid complex raising prices to $1.50/load don't have a change machines grumble grumble...

Been there done that and it's NO fun!!! When it happened to me, I was sitting on the floor holding a pug and my dane (all 160 lbs of him) walked up and hiked his leg all over me:yikes:
