Haha, I haven't played since the new expansion. I have a 70 resto druid collecting dust and a twinked out level 29 hunter. The resto druid is in Kara gear (yeah that's how old she is)...but my server is kind of slow and it's hard to get a dungeon run going.

I want to run Kara now. I two man it with my boyfriend's prot warrior (we have to skip netherspite, lol) and we each get like 500 gold out of the run in loot alone.

Did I mention I cried when I replaced my Sunwell badge X-Bow?

What made it worse was that I replaced it with A GREEN QUEST REWARD.

Dude, I was so sad when I replaced that same bow, but I replaced it with something out of an instance, so at least it was blue. V had a really hard time letting go of some of his gear too, like his shield that dropped off of Illidan the first time we cleared Black Temple. I think he'll always have that sitting in his bank. lol

Ughhh I can't wait for Ulduar!

I am itching to raid too, I've done just about everything up to Malgylos 10-man... still ain't got him down yet (yay for noob cake pugs!) and I won't pug a 25-man soooo...

You know... $15 for hours of play every month is really cheap, when you think that just going to the movie is $10 nowadays.

That's why I play online game... and not because I'm addicted of course.

2-manning Kara is always a blast. I do it with a feral druid.

I remember the days when we would go in and wipe on trash...

Edit: I agree Fran... 15 dollars/month isn't as bad at all, unlimited entertainment.

Yay! I finally hit 80!!!

I haven't ever done any raiding, but a friend of mine will be glad I am finally 80 so we can do the heroic instances.

Yeah I was sarcastic lol. Hard to find good games out there when you've been playing MMOs for years... It's just annoying when you're capped in levels with not much to do except raid anymore... except running the same instances over and over when you can find a group for them, only to see that the drop you're after never drops. I usually get bored after 2 alts.

One of the things I like with the new expansion on WoW, is that there is now achievements. So there are lots of things to work towards even after getting level 80. I know a lot of people may not like them and they may be pointless, but I find it fun.
