Just something that caught my eye today when I got home from work! Sorry I don't have a better lens for this kind of thing yet. You will have to live with a tiny, and blurry pic lol.

looks to be a small gator , so it might not mess with the heron.


cool picture , i bet if that had been a couple feet bigger then that bird wold have been lunch!

Yep, was a gator, a little one! He was just napping in the sun and the heron was fishing right next to him. I think the bird was too big for a gator of his size, but still I would be more wary if I were a bird lol.
