Well, my comfort food, that makes me feel better like nothing else, is top ramen. When I get stressed I tend to eat a lot of it >.<
As for over eating... dried mangoes. They're SO good, I just can't stop!

Blueberries. boneless tongue torch hotwings from Zaxbys, and candy corn.
Blueberries as number one. I can easily eat 5 lbs of them in one setting. <3

Broccoli. I seriously love broccoli.
ME TOO.........but I am a weirdo that loves broccoli SERIOUSLY over cooked. I mean it must be cooked to the point of putting it in your mouth and being able to mush it with only your tongue  I'll eat broccoli raw, steamed with a crunch to it, but for me to over eat it, MUSHY it is! LOL

The one food I always always always over eat would have to be tuna noodle casserole. I love that stuff! Not just any old recipe though, I have to have plenty of cheese, peas, onions, certain GOOD thin egg noodles (the amish make perfect ones for this!) and I do love the smashed potato chips on top! *drools*

I know, that is an odd food to pig out on isn't it? I mean with all the delicacies out there, and all the chocolate, and snack foods.........I guess I am just strange, LOL

Besides that? Frozen Grapes.... omg, so good.
okay I read this on here once before, so I ran out and bought grapes to put in the freezer... they got really hard and a very weird consistency, so i took them out and then they turned to mush.

What did I do wrong,

you're supposed to eat them while they're hard and a weird consistency....kind of crystal-y...you have to leave them in for the right amount of time though.

you're not supposed to take them out unless they're going straight in your mouth.

how?

there is no reward... the shell is a pain to get open and then you get this tiny little seed... I love sunflower seeds but they must be shelled for me
lol...I have no problems getting the shell open, I put a bunch in my mouth, spith the shell out and eat the seed...guess it's one of those softball player things.

I'm the same only with sun flower seeds.
I will sit and do that forever too. I don't actually over-eat as it takes so long to eat the seeds lol. But I'll be sitting doing stuff and eating sunflower seeds, and then realize my tongue hurts from opening the shells

Noodles, pasta or rice.. With nothing but butter and black pepper on.

I don't need any fancy sauce, I am quite happy to eat them just as they are...

Oh god, if I start I can't stop its awful.

Opening them is pretty simple ^^ There is a technique :p or more than one. I crack the tip with my teeth and then then seed falls into m mouth.
