Anyone watching the livestream?

I'm going to miss the pap livestream but hope to catch shelties and pyrsheps on my lunch break. Ring 9 at 11:45 <--- that way I can remember where I'm supposed to go.

Hmm, these are all Eastern times I'm guessing? I'll probably miss the shelties. But that might be a good thing because sometimes it just makes me mad hahaha.

I'm watching it on CNBC right now. I came on here to see who else was watching. They finished the hound group (my fav group) and now we're about 1/3 of the way through the toy group.

Am I the only one who is all "OMG I WANT ALL THE DOGS"?

I feel like I'm 10 again watching this. I don't follow conformation at all the rest of the year, but I used to tape Westminster every year on my BetaMax and watch it over and over and over.

It really pisses me off that the poodles always win non-sporting. No way they are *consistently* the best dog in the whole group.

Big win for the Cardigan Welsh Corgi! Great dog, and first group win for the breed. Some people are watching the olympics and I'm all "OMG DID YOU SEE THE NON-SPORTING GROUP"... I'm a tad obsessed.

YES, CARDI!!! She was cute too and had a fairly short back.

Mal was yuck, that kennel is... just no. They produce some of the only true "show only Mals" you'll ever meet, and their dogs are overdone and have blah temperaments. :mad: No likey.

Nonsporting = The Poodle Group.

I don't understand why the standard Poodle isn't in the sporting group. I understand the Toy Poodle… kind of like the Italian Greyhound is a Toy, not a hound (though they course just as keen as the larger sighthounds).. but the Standard Poodle is a Sporting dog IME. It works like a sporter, moves like a sporter… but what do I know, I'm in the hound group. :)

Also, I was REALLY pulling for Tawny in the Hound group. Love that bitch!
