I was just going to post this... I wonder if any Colorado Chazzers can see it?

ETA: it says it started in Fort Collins, we have a Chazzer there right?
 
Wow. I hope the boy ends up being OK. That's completely tragic if he should get hurt/killed. He must be scared out of his mind.

First of all WTF.

Second of all that is scary, that poor kid :( I hope he's either not in it, or at least they manage to rescue him.
 
It looks like it's about to come down... They're saying it's going 25-30 mph. I hope he's okay. :(

Anyone notice the boys name? Falcon. Not kidding.

Maybe he jumped out as it was taking off and just has a broken leg or something... because they say a sibling saw him climb in.
 
I really hope that if he was in it and fell out, it was still pretty low and he landed on something really soft. :(
 
I haven't heard any updates yet.

Maybe the sibling saw him get in, but didn't see him get out? Or maybe the kid jumped out and is scared of getting in trouble and that's why he hasn't come home.. I'm just trying not to think the worst ):

Still no sign of the boy. :( Supposedly there was a box/basket attached to the balloon too that is also missing.

It's really strange. The family apparently was on Wife Swap a few months ago. Just weird all around. I hope the boy is okay.

ETA: Someone thinks they saw that basket fall off mid-flight so they're narrowing the search to that area. :(
 
Nothing yet, they're doing updates at every commercial break on the radio station I listen to.

This has got to be so upsetting for the family...
 
They are huge aviation enthusiasts hence the balloon. Isn't the only craft they've had to play with. It's why they named their kid Falcon.
 
How horrible !!!! I wondered about a basket ....poor boy --poor family !
 
Woohoo! He's alive and at home!

No one knows where he was or if he was ever in the balloon but he's alive.
