Made a promise on another forum that I would post some ear pics as soon as they stood pretty decent before re-taping. I took the tapes off and let them breathe for 2.5 hours before coming back and finding them still standing well but starting to flop. Encouraged, hopefully they're good to go and the taping is done by 6-7 months.
