They nearly BLEW UP thier dog!!!!

I hate my neighbours!!!
The other day i saw them loadin bangers into thier shed and then they threw thier chi into the shed,lit the bangers and ran out and closed the door!!
I can't believe someone could do that to thier dog!
I feel so sorry for thier little chihuahua,poor little fella is always shakin real bad.
They've done some nasty things to thier pets,but this takes the p!ss! (scuse my french)
So far they've:
*Tied thier dog to the tree outside the flats and left it there all night.
*Thrown thier kitten over a 3rd floor balcony to see if it landed on its feet.It didn't,need I say more?
Whats worse,the mum doesnt do ANYTHING!!
Should i call the Aspca?

YES. you should. i don't know if they can do anything if they don't see it happen, but if they go to investigate it might at least scare them into stopping.

Yes, Report them to someone.........even the police might be interested due to the kids & fireworks (many types are illegal)
