The Good News thread

Had to go to the doctor today so had to get on a scale. Whomp, although not really because it was midway through the day after eating and drinking. Curse you Christmas cookies - curse you. Decided to lift then run at the gym to knock both out at once since I will be NYE partying tomorrow. I CAN LOSE FIVE POUNDS IN A DAY RIGHT?

Decided to try on the dress I bought and stashed away for NYE back when I was buying for my friend's wedding. Pulled it out, put it on... oh yeah. Oh yeah. That's why I bought it.

Because **** that's a sexy bitch in the mirror.


Now I just need a black strapless bra.
 
Snow today! Not so exciting for me (I'm from IL) but super exciting for the kiddo and (some of) the dogs.
 
My sister put me in contact with an old high school friend of hers who runs her own doggy daycare/grooming/boarding facility c: She said she'd be happy to talk to me and maybe even give me a tour!
 
I have to say, Allie, again that brastop is the best thing ever. Seriously any larger bosomed woman needs to measure themselves and order online. I got a new order this weekend and its amazing having bras that for vs trying to shove yourself into ill fitting store bought bras which come in very limited sizes. And I caught some on sale too. 5 bras for a little over $100! And a good fitting bra makes me look so much better. And they're CUTE unlike most DDDs I see in stores. And sports bras that don't give me uniboob.

Seriously never buying a bra in store ever again. It is life changing having a bra that fits.

I'm newly self-employed, and I'm loving it. Made a wicked connection today. Yippee!
 
Shoot I didnt gain any weight over the holidays (I didnt overindulge ... I was proud of myself!) But I cant ever get under 140 without lile being on an all liquid diet ... and where is the fun in that :p
 
Got a well-paying second job. I start the 19th. :)

I have been job shopping a lot lately, but I'm actually really comfortable now. I have a job I like and a job that makes money. And I still have time to do other things too, if I want.

New job. New year. New apartment. So far 2015 is off to a good start.
 
My vet (who is also my coworker) is Good People. She made me cry.


 
Nature's Maricle is awesome. Abrams vomited on the sofa over night and the bile nastiness soaked up into the cushion. I tried to clean it, but it still stank. Just dumped nature's maricle on it (the ultimate cat pee odor one) and.. no more stink! Hopefully it stays that way as it dries.
 
Target wants to give me an interview. Fingers crossed! I need everything I can get right now and it's literally the easiest place for me to get to because it's right up the road.

Ugh, when Lincoln got sick (from both ends!!!) in his crate one night, I took it out side and cleaned it with bleach and water solution and when it dried I could still smell the stink, so I sprayed some natures miracle in side, washed it, then sprayed it again and let it dry. Bang! no more stink! LOL when he went in there that night even he was smelling around like "****, it smells NICE in here!" LOL

I worked at Target for three years many moons ago LOL. One of the best retail environments to work for IMO. Good luck!
