My husband saw this Breed on the net today and looked at some sites about it.
He has absolutely fallen in love with the Breed but they are Illegal here in the UK :(
Maybe if and when we go for another dog............we shall have to move to the states :p

I had a brother/sister pair in my last obedience class. Such sweeties! The girl was a show off and the boy was the biggest baby. (Unless you were a hog, then he was a scary dude!) So many of the students were afraid of them, based soley on their size (and they were only 6 mos, so had growing to do). They'd stand away from them, but cuddle up close to the Aussie with aggression issues! I'd have to separate them from the Aussie and make then close up the gap in stationary exercises.

Of course, they all thought they were huge white Pit Bulls. Each day I would give a little info about the breed and explain that they were sweet dogs and slowly people came around.

Squiddy and I will have split custody of you! ROFL

You can spend a month with her in Newfoundland than a month with me in Ontario! LOL

Dogos are beautiful but think of all the other breeds that I'm sure your hubby, you and the kids would like too!! Something that won't intimidate Bailey either because we know how he likes to know that he's the boss! LOL, At least when it comes to other dogs.

Hey now.........how far is it between Newfoundland and Ontario?
Wouldn't want to kill myself travelling once a month :D

I know about the Bailey being the boss thing :(
If we were to get another dog (of any breed) it wouldn't be until Bailey is around 3 years old (Been altered, which i am talking to the Vet about next week :D) and the Puppy would be a Bitch :)
