Stock Pot deal for Black Friday?

Prefer online but willing to go big box since I can make Jeremy go between jobs. But anyone? I have a turkey carcass to boil down and no pot big enough.

Have you got a roasting pan? Do it in the oven. Or just cut it up and use the biggest pot you've got.

DOH I have a extra turkey pan. How would I do it in the oven though?

I need a stock pot anyway so if anyone knows of one on sale today LOL

Just put it in the oven with water and the carcass and whatever you want to season the broth, turn the oven on about 350 to start, get it cooking and turn it down and let it simmer, just like you would on the stove.

interesting. wont need that though i was picking the rest of the meat off and It broke in half in my hands LMAO
