So my parents finally adopted a new member of the family...

Isn't she cute?

Any ideas on what she is?? I know she is terrier, but I don't know about the other half. I kind of think she may be a mix of 3 different kinds of dogs. The more I look at her I think she might have some Bischon in her...

Here are some pics right after getting her and after her first bath...she is going in for a puppy cut next week.

Funny thing about this is --- I was up late one night and couldn't sleep. So, I start looking at dogs online (shelters) and saw her pic. I sent it to my parents in an email with the title, "How freakin' cute would this be meeting you at the front door?" My mom calls me the next day and says, "Come over tonight we have someone who will be waiting to meet you at the front door."

I'm really happy for them. My dad kept saying he wasn't going to get another dog because he didn't want to deal with pain of losing another dog -- but you see he was all talk. It's been about 4 months since they lost their last dog and I think he was ready. She has bonded with my Dad very well which makes me happy.

I am sorry, but that puppy is about the CUTEST puppy I have ever seen. I just can't get over how incredibly adorable she is. I want her! I am such a sucker for what I like to call "scruff mutts."

As far as breeds go, that is a tough one. I think I see Westie in her...

She is about 4-5 months old --- not exactly sure. She found running the golf course when animal control got called.

Aren't most terriers hyper and really active? She is VERY calm.

Your signature is so funny --- it's all pugs with this one bulldog who looks out of place.

Her hair is in really bad shape and I think it would be best to take her to the groomer and get her all cleaned up and get the nasty knots and such cut out. They are only going to puppy cut her this once and then let it grow out and keep her brushed, etc.

I do agree that the hair is what makes her cute.
