IMHO... The guy should never be allowed to own a dog again....He chains a dog out where he KNOWS kids throw rocks at him and teases him. WTF?

IMHO...The women should not be allowed to have children because she has raised a little beast that would torment chained animals.

Cultural Pathology is the diagnoses

That's true Jess. Hades name, when it's said, people automatically think Haitis, devil, evil, when really his name is from Greek Mythology. And besides his name is more like calling a Great Dane Tiny ;) ROFL

Very said story. They happen all the time. But as always the owner and PARENTS of the children are at fault.

I love nice strong names Jess ;) , but come on "FATAL" If you listened to the woman talking I believe she said that he named his dog that name because he wanted his dog to be just that......"fatal" .

Did the dog owner look that upset to you? What was that smirk about? Poor dog is probably on a one way ticket to nowhere and he's mugging for the camera. Pass me a bucket.

Oh yeah ... the kid. Idiot and thug if he tormented the dog and I sure hope he learned his lesson.

People like that sicken me.

& you can agree or disagree with me on this, the dog is prolly better off being put to sleep rather than stay out on a chain, have a owner like that, and get tormented with rocks. The owner deserves what he has coming to him as far as legal proceedings, but the woman and her son need some lessons themselves.

I dont think the name really would matter much to people on this board, like my older girl's name is Spider.. she isn't vicious or "deadly".. she was merley a Halloween puppy LOL. But I think in that situation, I'm willing to bet the name came from his owner's need to fullfil something in himself and have a "big bad ass" dog and name.

Clearly this was a terrible owner who treated this dog terribly, but you will have to excuse me because after hearing that kid I think "punk kid" who is lying and actually did torment the dog. I get a picture or a dog on the chain growling at him while he shot rocks at it, one day the dog gets out and goes after the kid....

If I had an owner chain me outside, tried to make me mean, and a kid who kept shooting rocks at me, then I would be after that kid as well.
Purely speculation on my part, but I think the kid is lying.

Maybe of THIS particular owner, but not owners in general...
Well lets put it like this....if I was a breeder or running a rescue and a guy came to adopt a Pit Bull or Rottie (Insert maligned breed here) etc... and he told me that would be naming the puppy..."Fatal" I would decline his adoption request because it would tell me he is a few bricks short of a full load IMHO.

it was a little hard to see, of course, but the dog didn't look very well fed either.

the guy probably either got the dog from an irresponsible friend who let their bitch get knocked up, or from a puppy mill anyway.

disgusting. And the kid looked pretty mean and retarded himself.

Trash meets up with trash and the dog gets carted away. They all looked like they were on something to me. The looked like the most sane one in the bunch.
