^^^Exactly!! I have known people who named their kids a name they liked, even though they did
not like the same name's common nickname. Their reasoning was "Well, everyone will just have to use the full name."

But seriously, you have to think of not only possible nicknames but also "playground possibilities". I knew a girl named Autumn. That girl has heard at least a thousand times "Bye Autumn .... seeya next Fall." ... and each one of the thousand people who said that to her thought they were so clever and original.
