Odd request for vibes

So I have an appointment to take Nyx to the vet for her heartworm test this afternoon.

I also need to buy dog food.

The way my schedule is looking, I'm going to have to bring Nyx to the pet store.

Could I get some vibes for an uneventful pet store visit please? (And an equally uneventful vet visit, but I'm less worried about that.) Thanks! We're going armed with tons of yummies and I will probably put two collars and leashes on her just in case.

I know how that goes, LOL, when Orson used to be more pet friendly (now he hates other dogs) he still found ways to embarrass me at the pet store One time he POOPED right in the floor Another time he stuck his nose right up some cute blonde's rear end, hehehe, she turned to smack Kevin and saw the culprit in time.

Hopefully we don't have anecdotes. She's very dog reactive and hasn't been out in public in over a year.

Vet trip went well. She was immediately put in an exam room rather than waiting in the waiting room. She was fine with the tech and the assistant - standoffish, but that's to be expected. When we were done, the tech checked the waiting room to be sure it was dog-free and we went to the desk and paid and left without incident.

But Nyx did not go to the pet store. The five minute drive to the vet was enough to almost overheat her so I opted to take her home.
