The mustang we were boarding finally had its board paid and picked up. I was attached to him then though and felt down a horse so I told the shipper that I was toying with getting an appy baby, maybe a quarter horse or gaited something. And guess what she breeds? Appys!

So we will get him middle to late october.

He will be the bfs trail horse eventually. His mare is getting up there and he is a big guy so she'll get to retire. My boys been being an angle to so its time for a new challenge.

His name will be Huck. I am not sure what his papers will end up being. huckleberry finn probably spelled funny.

What I love is he has zippo pine bar back in his pedigree and that was half of my barn when I was little!

I have more pics but I need to get them off my email to photobucket.

A newer pic

This was chuck the mustang that we boarded. He is hands down the prettiest horse I have ever seen. So sweet to and he just moved amazingly! They left him past the abandonment period but sent all the back board money so he went out to montana where they moved to. I thought about a mustang but think I would just compare them all to him. Maybe some other time!
