Need help identifying a bug

OK so we have these bugs.... We call them potato bugs but that's not what they actually are. for some reason they are EVERYWHERE around this house... not inside unless they sneak in the door while I let the dogs in but outside they are EVERYWHERE and they are really getting on my nerves.

This was the best picture I could get of it so I hope someone can see it well enough to help me figure out what it is.



I want to get RID of them.

Hey thanks... I checked google images for stink bug and that's what it is. YOu guys are so smart lol.

Now I need to find out if and how I can get rid of them. They are EVERYWHERE. yesterday our friends came over to take some of ou r empty boxes off our hands and the boxes had tons of them inside. they ar gross and annoying

It's a brown marmorated stink bug. gross.

The only way to get rid of them outside is pesticides and obviously that is not an option with dogs and a child.

I guess I will just have to deal with them. they are gross and annoying lol

ugh I spoke too soon. There is one up on the ceiling right now and I can't reach it to kill it or suck it up in the vaccuum GRRRr

Yup we call them stink bugs too. They are gutty because they are big but they don't move too fast and don't bite or sting.

EW!! yucky bugs. today there's a crapload of black flies in my house and I can't find the fly swatter!!! Hemi (our new kitten) is getting frustrated because she's trying to catch them but she's not quite big enough or fast enough.

i think they are called stink bugs at least that is what everyone calls them and i am told that if you squich on they actually stink good luck with all of them rather you them me i would go crazy
