Filling in the stripes
we are still working the nails back, but much better
fuzzy wuzzy
my nanny granny Neighbor dog.
she is still a little pink from a long hot soak with much soaping and rinsing and towel buffing, and blow drying.
3 weeks changed foood, good nutrition, and probiotics,
one minor set back on the food but that will not happen again.
Because it happened the family say first hand what wheat was doing to her, and became serious about her recovery. THey said they will be vigilant and it will not happen again.
8 baths, including vinegar and water rinse at the end.
Anti fungals rubbed in the spots she could not reach.
I think we have turned the corner and she's going to be ok..
She is sleeping through the night, no scratching.
She is playing more and in general much happier.
Her people are on board and are teaching the baby not to feed the dog
and making sure she gets no wheat in anything.
They let me help, and I am happy about that.
Just glad this was an easy fix.
Thank you to the members here who put me on the right track by telling me
that the elephant skin is always yeast.
Thanks to this link for the info they provided that helped me find a way to'
give her relief.
