Very striking looking dog! I've met one other Dutchie before (reject from a police dept. for sound sensitivity) and he was just an all around neat dog. Is the Mal in the background also yours?

They're definitely a tough breed, but she's the most loyal and intelligent dog I have ever owned. You have to dedicate a lot of time to this breed because they are very active and they love to work and play, but it's been very rewarding.

Do you have her in any performance events at all?

No events ... just agility, tracking and protection training for now.

The Belgians and the Dutchies always seem to excell at those sports!

My Belgian is just awesome in his SAR training.. and just LOVES his agility!

DUTCHIE!!! I LOVE this breed, I have a 9 month old, Rayd. He's an amazing dog. i'm thinking of doing agility and flyball. She's beautiful!!!

Do you do "personal" protection or schutzhund? I know they are very different. I am going to be starting personal protection with Caiza in the next few months. The trainer I found is wonderful and has been doing protection and SR for over 20 years. I am very excited about it!
