Here are some new shots of the crew....

This is funny- Gunnar will take a soft toy like this, and hold it in his mouth and fall asleep, and he'll do this real soft, high pitch whine while he holds the toy.

Here he is sleeping:

Then you say "whose toy is that?" and he'll look up

What are you talking about? I don't have any toy....

Bruzer having a nice stretched out nap

Daisy and Gunnar trying to get me to play

Daisy playing tug

Looking like a tall tall girl. Yes, the window needs to be washed.... and yes, her head is close to the same height as the light switch

Beautiful dogs :) With three various heights, you whole window gets dirty ;)
My window is only dirty at sheltie height.

I love Gunnar sleeping with his toy in his mouth.

How tall is Daisy at the shoulder? She looks TALL! Is she pure Dane? Sorry, I don't know the story....

Your GSD is cute... :) Bella sleeps with her toy in her mouth sometimes too, when she sleeps at all!

Cute pics! I never realized danes were lap dogs :D
...have you ever met a Dane? They're usually in your lap within the first minute of you sitting down. If you don't sit, they're on your feet.

Daisy is BEAUTIFUL, Gunnar is Gorgeous, and Bruzer always cracks me up.

Thanks everyone, it's always so much fun to share pictures and hear what everyone has to say!

Dakotah, it's a whole new experience having a dog who can see right over the kitchen counter, or reach into the sink and still have all 4 feet on the ground! Showpug, I can't imagine her growing much taller but she does have a lot of filling out to do. She's getting huge, that's for sure.

Agility Pup- she's about 33-34" at the shoulder. Her head easily reaches 4' with her long neck. I have no idea what she weighs but I figure it's around 120lbs right now.

Yes, she's a lap dog. When they say "leans and slobbers" they were not kidding. She'll lean against you every chance she gets. She doesn't put her rear on your lap and stand on her front legs as much as she'll climb as far onto you as she can and still have her back legs standing. Like in the one picture, she'll fall asleep that way.

Great pictures! Gunnar is such a good looking dog, and Daisy is beautiful. I think she's probably the nicest mantle Dance I've ever seen. Love the "lap dog" pictures. :)

Hehe Gunnar is sticking his tounge out at you. And if I had Daisy she could climb on my lap all the time (though she'd probably squish me since we weigh about the same). Are they all family dogs? Or is one or the other more attached to you or your wife?

Gunnar is makes me really want a shepherd. He is stunning. Do you have any more pics of him working? And I have a soft spot for pugs, yours looks like a little clown! Daisy is looking great-- but I am a little biased towards the giant breeds!

Toller, thanks for that compliment! We think Daisy is a great looking dog, and our breeder told us, that people will say that, especially those who know Danes, and she was right.

anna84, they are all family dogs. I think if anything, Gunnar is attached more to me, as he follows me everywhere, but he also minds her and is affectionate towards her and my daughter in his limited way of showing it. He's not real kissy or anything like that. If he likes you, he'll walk between your legs and let you scratch his rump, and he'll bring you toys to play with. Daisy loves whoever is willing to give love back, and same with Bruzer. Bruzer probably divides his lap time equally.

Saintgirl, there are several threads around with pics of Gunnar working. I don't have any super recent ones, but the last thread I posted had pics from in December. I'm getting biased towards the giant breeds as well! It's funny when a 90lb GSD can walk right under a Dane and barely touch anything, but that's what happens. It's like how Bruzer walks under Gunnar!
