I would perfur you landlord than mine. My landlard is kicking us out(for a good reason) But in the court summons we got our landlord is saying that we are on a month to month lease instead of the year lease we do have. Plus he is saying that we didn't try to pay anything this month when I did. He refused. I have at least two poeple who saw him refuse. So yaeh definintly would purfer yours.
