Just got back from Florida - did you miss me?

I just got back from my vacation to Rosemary Beach, Florida. It was fun, but I missed Brady like crazy. I think he is kind of mad at me, b/c he has been giving me the cold shoulder...

I have been trying to butter him up with treats, bones, and peanut butter. Hopefully, he will forgive me soon.

But I had fun, I was just ready to get back. I am just not a long trip kind of person. The weather was good, and I got a nice tan and ate some seafood. It was a decent trip.

Welcome back! (((HUGS))) You were missed and I'm so glad you had a good time.

We are going up to Maine, near Kennebunkport, this weekend Sat.-Tues. and we will have to leave Sadie and Nora, the bird, Reagan, the cat, Fagan, and the turtle, Benjamin. I'm going to miss them all. My poor mom is pet sitting LOL can't wait to see what she looks like when we get back. She was happy about us getting the invisible fence though. Last time she watched Sadie, she ran off and my poor mom had to chase her down in the middle of traffic! LOL she had people stopped in their cars and some even tried helping to coax Sadie so they could grab her. She obviously was a puppy and very hyper. Now, your lucky if she gets off the couch for you .. my umpa lumpa.

bogolove...that is so sweet that brady is giving you the cold shoulder. let's you know that he missed you just as much as you missed him. i am glad that you had a great trip. was it humid? it is sooooo hot and humid here this week, i can't stand it. poor rookie won't go out unless he absolutely has to. i guess i need to toliet train him. lol glad you are back!

It was pretty humid, but the water felt great. Brady is back to loving me now, it just took him some time, I suppose. Maybe the peanut butter and treats worked after all...

Glad you're back and even gladder you had a good time ~ Maybe sometime you can find a beach that's dog friendly so you can take Brady and avoid the trip when you get back, lol!

i don't know if you ever go to the cherry grove beach in south carolina (near north myrtle beach) but it is dog friendly and there are alot of dogfriendly places to stay. we usually stay in a condo so that they have more room to roam. you can find some good deals on vrbo.com (vacation rental by owner). the cherry grove beach is beautiful and when the tide is down it goes forever. goodluck!
