Ella is getting a Fetching Tag and 2 new Orbee balls (a pink and blue one and a blue and green one because she already has about 3 glow in the dark and orange ones).

hahahaha. I think I am more obsessed with these things for her than SHE is.
Well, the tag, yeah, but am obsessed with Planet Dog toys.
I'm about to fan them on facebook.

I stuffed Ella's glow in the dark PD lightbulb with cut-up, raw carrots this afternoon.
I had more fun with it than she did. She didn't "get it" because I had never put food in that toy before. She kept just carrying it around in her mouth all the while pieces of carrot were just falling out the open end. So, she was leaving a trail of carrot.
Then she'd come back around and see the trail of carrots and stop and eat them.:lol-sign:
I had to keep throwing it and letting it hit the ground and bounce, so that the carrots would fall out and she could see the carrots were coming from the toy.
She FINALLY got it with the last two carrot bits.
D'oh!

My Christmas money is paying off Tristan's x-rays (finally). Basic order of priority is a) Human needs b)Animal needs c)Animal wants d)Human wants. Luckily I've never been in a position of having to distinguish between a and b. But c always comes before d.

I do the same thing, it drives the hubby nuts because I don't think twice about plunking down money on things Ivan doesn't need, but yet I can't spend the money to buy myself one pair of jeans that I need.
