Anyone agree we should first vote on who we don't want and then vote on those who are left . ?? I know it's not practical , but the top runners always have the most money , publicity and pork !

eh. of those who are really in the running, my top was bill richardson, and he didn't really thrill me during the new hampshire debate. right now my vote is probably going to go to obama, because his answers to the questions scare me the least. i wish i could vote for "none of the above".

I refuse to participate. I have issues with almost every question. For example:

9. What is your view on the national budget?
A balanced budget is a top priority. Make sure tax revenue matches spending.
A balanced budget is a top priority. Make deep cuts in spending to prevent deficits.
A balanced budget is not a top priority right now.

I believe that a balanced budget is a top priority, but I don't think we need more taxes to accomplish that.
I dont' think this question is talking about raising taxes....I actually think that number two is saying that the government should not be spending more than it receives....like it should cut back on welfare and other endless money pits so that our national debt doesn't keep getting larger. This question though, threw me off too at first.

WEll the way I saw the question was to be SURE not to spend MORE than they are taking in for taxes.......Not necessarily RAISE taxes to meet spending. But I agree with the second option anyway..........they need to stop spending so much on CERTAIN things in order to balance things out.

lol....oops, didn't see that you already responded to this...I too picked the second one.
