I'm moving!! possible house pics

I LOVE that yellow stucco one!! It's GORGEOUS!!!! And it's very near a super nice, huge conservation area!!!
The one with the stairs is very cool too, but I didn't realize it's a duplex. I think the agent said the the front half of the house, which is good, because I don't really wanna live above anyone, for the clacking toenails! The stairs lead up to the yard, I believe he said. Which it s PITA. I'd have to walk the dogs up to the yard, or put a zipline, if nobody objected.

Oh I'm so glad you found some nice places that will willingly accept your dogs! You're right it's nicer to start your landlord/tenant relationship out on the right foot, but I always point that out to people, so they don't feel they're completely out of options. (It bugs me that so many rehome their pets when they move when it's COMPLETELY unnecessary here! Though I know you'd never do that!)

Yeah, my mom is trying to rent our old house...she, a dog owner and lover,is saying she doesn't want dogs because she just had new carpet installed. I can't believe she of all people would deny dog owners the house. She even had the nerve to say "Well..if they were outside dogs that would be fine". And shes a complete breedist. She has fallen into the bad pit bull rap and won't allow a pit bull or a mix of one in her house. Its ridiculous!

I viewed that house today--- AND I LOVE IT!!! I just have to hand in an application, and if it's acceptable, it's a go!
It's a tiny tiny cottage! I think it's smaller than my apartment, ironically! But it has a full basement! And a washer and dryer! And Central air! And new carpets and flooring! (all neutral, nothing purple!)
It's the tiniest, cutest thing! And the owners, who live next door, are the nicest people! The guy was telling me all about his Husky/Shep that had passed away @ 13, and showed me where she was buried, under a little shrine they built complete with a statue of her. He could hardly talk about it.. *sniff* They were very interested in the poochies, and were telling me about all the Border Collies they see around the area (they are familiar with where I take agility!), including herding and flyball!
My yard would back onto a corn field! It's not fenced. I may ask to fence it, but I will likely stick with tie-outs for now, because if Kena goes over or under the fence, he'll be impossible to find in that corn!
If all goes well, I'll be in by August 1st.
