Cavalier King Charles Spaniel...they're adorable, but they just have so many health problems. Or Flat-coated Retriever...they're gorgeous.

Looks alone? Thats tough becasue the ones I find attractive I know what their temperments should be, Newfs, Filas, Great Danes, GR Pyrs, Burm MT dogs, even a corgi.

OMG I LOVE red merle!! I forgot about red merle australian shepherds, because every time I see one its blue merle. Red merle is so much more beautiful in my opinion.

long haired Chihuahuas, and by that i mean a well bred male with a full coat, generally Particoloured with unusual markings.

Bull terrier, again particularly partis, generally black and white.

the Canis Panther, a gorgeous protection breed, black or red

A white fully furnished chinese crested, for hairless little dogs they are so elegant and dignified, female

Doberman, natural eared docked, black and rust. male...

Great Dane, natural eared Harlequin, male.

Irish wolfhound, grey.

Poodle, any colour, female

Saluki

Shiba inu, red.

Silken Windhound

Staffy Bull, Black with white chest. male

Just on looks? A "white" blue eyed siberian Husky!
This is of course as someone else said, providing the looks groom themselves too. If not...then I would have to say a blue-eyed Dalmatian.
