She's a bit better. She's drinking lots of water now and I've been handfeeding her some wet food. That seems to get her appetite going but it's nowhere near normal yet. I still might take her in this afternoon.

I've lost her. I mean literally. The vet was expecting us today and last night we had family over for a bbq. I had her out of the yard so she could hang around us and be handfed steak and whatever she wanted. I wasn't keeping a good eye on her because she wandered off and we can't find her!!! Anywhere. I'm so terrified for her. Steve and my dad have been driving around looking for her last night and all morning but there's no sign of her. I'm afraid that she was sicker than we thought and wandered off somewhere to die. I wish I'd had her on a leash but she didn't seem interested in doing much but sitting and watching us. None of our neighbours have seen her. There's so much tall grass here and wooded areas I'm afraid I'll never find her. Please, please cross your fingers that she wanders home or we find her soon.

Yeah I'm going to take Nanook out. I'm really afraid I've lost her though. There are so many bears and coyotes around here. If I lose her it will be my fifth pet that I've lost the week of my birthday
