I am a Dobe person and I only have one right now Rocky he is a rescue and I love him to death I grew up with Dobermans and said that I would never own one that they were great dogs but I knew what they were about WELL Rocky changed my mind

No I didn't get him from second chance Dobes he was actually rescued from his breeder (really sad story)

Yeah I know I would like to get another some day but not right now I don't have time for a second dog (well actually my Husband has Beagles and a Lab so it would be more than a second dog)

The one of him jumping is him the others are not he loves agility

I LOVE the red males, they have the best temperments and are just plain goofy!

Hey, wish I could post pic of my "granddog" Gretta, she's such a beautiful dog! I'm encouraging my son to get another dog to keep her company. She visited me on Mother's day & had a blast playing with my new rescue dog,Rags.

Guess what? Rags can outrun her!! (He's Wolfhound mix).

Gretta is black/tan & crosses her legs like a beauty queen also.

I have one almost 8(?) year old male named Winston. We adopted him from a Dobe rescue last year, he was starved for the first 6 or so years of his life and when the Humane Society picked him up they were going to put him to sleep right away because he wouldn't play. What sort of dog, more than 40lbs underweight would want to play? Especially in a place like that! Thanksfully they called Dobe Rescue first. He's a wonderful dog and we are very happy to have him with us.
