Take the pup back to the vet or another vet and insist that something is wrong...that your other pups have died. Suggest "failure to thrive" and ask them what you can do to optimize the pup's chances. There may be nothing you can do. When I was a kid, our dog had 9 puppies and every single one died, one by one over a period of a couple of weeks. There was nothing to be done apparently. I'm really sorry about this. It must be very upsetting and it must have made you desperate and frantic, hence the multiple posts. Posting the same thing more than once is against the rules, but perhaps you didn't read the rules.
So, rather than waste more time arguing here, get the pup to the vet again, even if they didn't help the first time or call some Pug breeders. There's one on here. I think she's bred before....Showpugs. Or pm Redyre Rottweilers. She knows a lot about stuff like that. But while you're waiting for an anwer from them, go to the vet again. Or call.
