Hello fellow dog lovers!!!

Hello everybody I'm not really new to this site. But I thought I'd introduce myself and my lovely boys.
I own a great dane hes name is Lucky I rescued him from the shelter the day I came to visit him was the day he was going to be put down.
Because no one wanted him b/c of hes size and hes agressivness.
But I rescued him and so glad I did.
My other little big man is a maltese cross something I found him 6 weeks old kids were throwing rocks at him and feeding him APPLES! Poor thing was starving and kept vomiting so I nursed him back to health and he now keeps my dane company. The maltese name is Big......

For some reason or not Lucky accepts Big but isvery agressive toward any other dog hes a beautiful boy and loves children and people.

When I rescued him the shelter manager said he was a pure bred great dane but I have a feeling he is cross mastiff of some kind due to hes very wide head and brindle markings, but he also carries ALOT of the dane trait so for now I just say dane.
If anyone could help guessing hes other breed would be good.
Same with Big I'm not sure what hes crossed with any help?

Anyway thats my introduction (LONG)....

You have such a darling pair, Jackie - and good on you for rescuing them!

Lucky really does look Dane, and that brindle is found on Danes. His legs and feet don't have the heaviness of Mastiff blood; you may very well have a pure Dane there, at least from what I can see in your photos.

Big! I love the name for him! What an adorable little Scruff he is! From the look in his eyes and the set of his ears he might have some Terrier in his background somewhere. He's just entirely too cute for words, however he came about.

Hi ya and welcome to the site!!I also have a dog called Lucky and i have a nother dog called Milo as u can see the yellow lab is Lucky who is 6 months old and the black one who is 8 years old is Milo!!
There great i also have a kitty called Misty and 4 fish!!

Lol thankyou.
Hes hair normally doesnt stick up like that but when him and Lucky play Lucky loves to nibble hes face. And lick hes head so hes saliva kinda acts like a doggie hair gel.
When they play people think hes attacking him because hes so big but in reality Big instegates it.
Anyway fanx again by the way I forgot to add I love the name Kharma I heard you called your dogs name that I might use it next dog I get Lol
