I am sad to say it but I am leaving Chazhound. It was a nice place when I first joined and I have learned alot but lately I guess I am just too sensitive to be here. People here are just too quick to judge and condemn. Some things I have seen here lately have just made me feel sick to my stomach which leads me to believe I am in the wrong place. I will just stick to my chinese crested forum.

I wish you wouldn't leave. I've always loved your posts.

No matter where you go, there will be people with strong opinions. Debates will arise, but I think people on Chazhound are quite civil. The people who are strongly offended by some of the things that are said, IMO, realize that there is a point and feel guilty/frustrated over it. Instead of blaming themselves, they pin the blame on the people on the forum who are being sooooooo mean to them!
Some people can't/won't deal with bluntness or brutal honesty, and in those cases I think the whole "forum" atmosphere just isn't right for them...

I wish you luck, though I hope you reconsider. I hope you'll at least pop in to say hi once in a while.

Toby is such a favorite of mine...I just love looking at him! anyway, I agree with everyone saying that there will always be discussions/opinions you don't like on a forum. it's not like you have to read anything you find annoying, so I don't get leaving over it...but it's a personal choice I guess.

hmmm....I see some threads go a bit off track with some rude posts, but in general I just don't see all this 'horrible people' thingie that some people find. how can anyone expect hundreds of people to always say just what you want to hear...in total agreement with you? no, I am not being rude. I love Tobysmom and this isn't directed to her at all.........just a general statement cause I still think this is a great forum.
