Fila people, please tell me more.

Since coming on to this board and realizing that some of you own (and many of you will someday own) Filas, i have become very intrigued by the breed. Could you please tell me what it is like to live with a fila, own a fila, and what draws (drew) you to the breed. Pictures would be very nice! Thanks!

What draws me to the breed is the loyalness and sheer intelligence of the breed

I love the fact that they are independent but loyal and loving, they are a intence terrier like dog, their size and looks. they are a all purpose dog, they do not follow you or them you are a team they are just the ideal breed in my mind. Something Bev could crawl all over and then a second later its guarding the house or other random jobs.

There is the, don't-talk-to-me-I-am-surveying/patroling-the-yard aspect.

There is the if-you-take-one-more-picture-im-going-to-shove-the-camera-up-your-(you fill in the blank) aspect.

There is the dont-tell-anyone-im-a-goofball aspect as well.

There is the she-is-going-to-haunt-your-dreams aspect.

There is the im-so-sweet-eat-your-heart-out aspect as well.

There is the utterly-devoted-to-you aspect.
