Fast Food. How often?

Out of pure curiosity, how often do you eat fast food? I am not talking going out to eat at a restaurant. I am talking McDonalds, Burger King...the really junky, greasy stuff?

I was thinking about this yesterday. As much as I'll admit to my loving of junk food and fast food, I rarely EVER eat it. If I am lucky, maybe once every month to two months. How about you?

Almost never. If I eat that stuff, my stomach makes me pay for it big time. I have acid reflux and that junk does not help lol

Once a week, if the kids are good.

We take them to McDonald's and treat them to a happy meal.

I'm a taco bell junkie but only eat it once a month or so.

Hamburgers and such, also probably once a month.

I love "fast" food but I've become addicted to places with slightly healthier foods, like the Pita Pit. Subway is okay, too.

Once a week for sure! that's my night off cooking on our menu. But more like 3 times per week including weekends.

Looooove it, love it, love it!

My kiddos probably 2X a week tho...I usually make them something then send DH out for me...mwah ha ha!

I'd say that was average not rare



For me it depends - sometimes I will go a long time, sometimes I will have a binge

Rarely go to McDs and that - I mean get a pizza or more likely a curry... mmmm...

When Sada was in town.. more than I'd care to admit! We'd go shopping or hiking.. then we'd be reeeallly hungry and fast food drive-thru was the "logical" choice. Yeah, not wise.

Now that Sada moved back home, I eat fast food MAYBE once a month.

Greasy fast food, once a month, if that. I go to Subway though at least 5 times a month on my way to work because it's close and convenient.

Hahahha... it's awful isn't? What we do to ourselves.

I do, however, love Subway and TOGO's and Quizno's.. call it fast food if you'd like, but YUMMY!

Hummm, Christopher and I like Arby's Roast Beef, so we go there maybe 3 times a year for a treat. Other than that it's homecooked. Canned goods and boxed foods are a no no here too. The only food I really buy in a box is different types of hard noodles. Canned tuna, but now they have vac sealed packs so I get them now.

Hrm, I eat Taco Bell, Whataburger, and Freebird's about 4 times a week I'd guess. Don't eat at McDonald's unless they have the McRib going (which sucks this year, doesn't taste the same as years past).

I'll admit that I didn't realize how much I ate fast food until I stopped eating it. It's been several weeks since I've had it and I don't plan on having it anytime soon.
