Looking for a 4-foot leash that's easy to grip anywhere along its length. Most leashes seem to be too thin/narrow to get a good grip without wrapping them around your hand. Any recommendations? Thanks!
Have you tried a Mendota rope leash and just tie knots throughout the length of it? That is what I do in case I need to shorten the leash and make it easier to grip. Also, the RuffGrip leash which is made of nylon webbing and has rubber stoppers.
I use the "double handle" or "traffic handle" leashed with my two. They come in 4 or 6 foot lengths and have a extra handle that comes right off of the clip to the collar. These are the only leashes I buy because they are so handy for walking. I get mine from my rescue, but Petco has them as well.
